• Accept Bitcoin payments on websites through payment integration
• Generate payment links and QR codes for Bitcoin transactions
• Track and manage payment transactions
• Withdraw Bitcoin payments to personal wallets
• Participate in our referral program
• Access payment guides and documentation

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payment Integration

When integrating AcidPay on your website:

• You are responsible for implementing the integration code correctly
• You must ensure your hook URL is accessible and not cached by CDN services
• You are responsible for the security of your website and integration
• You must not use the Service for illegal activities or prohibited transactions
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with payment processing
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization

6. Fees and Payments

• Service Fee: AcidPay may charge fees for payment processing. Fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.
• Withdrawal Fees: Network fees may apply for Bitcoin withdrawals, which are determined by the Bitcoin network
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change

All fees are subject to change with notice. You will be notified of any fee changes that affect your account.

7. Bitcoin Transactions

When using AcidPay for Bitcoin payments:

• Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect Bitcoin addresses
• Transaction confirmations depend on the Bitcoin network
• We do not control Bitcoin network fees or confirmation times
• You are responsible for verifying payment addresses before sending

8. Withdrawals

When requesting withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the Bitcoin address you provide
• You are responsible for providing correct withdrawal addresses
• We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses
• Withdrawals may be subject to verification and security checks
• Processing times may vary based on network conditions

9. Referral Program

Our referral program offers benefits for referring new users:

• Commission or benefits are earned according to program terms
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time
• Commissions may be withheld pending fraud review
• Program terms are subject to change with notice

10. Intellectual Property

The AcidPay name, logo, website content, and Service are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or copyrighted material without permission. You retain ownership of your website content and data.

11. Dispute Resolution

• We will investigate disputes in good faith
• Our decision on disputes is final, subject to applicable law
• For fraud-related issues, use our Fraud Report system

12. Limitation of Liability

AcidPay is a payment relay service. We are not responsible for:

• Losses due to incorrect Bitcoin addresses or user error
• Bitcoin network delays, fees, or failures
• Loss of funds due to security breaches on your end
• Third-party services or websites integrated with our Service
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Actions of third parties or other users

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the past 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AcidPay harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Receive multiple fraud reports
• Are inactive for extended periods
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any pending transactions.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
